Custom Finance are experienced Finance Brokers for business
and home loan lending.   We are Finance Brokers who care.

Custom Finance was established by Director Trevor Mayes
after a 25 year career with one of Australia's leading banks.       
This included 15 years as a Business Lending Manager.                                                            

His last position was Business Banking Manager where he looked after
a portfolio of over 150 business and home loan clients. You will be
dealing with someone who not only understands the home loan market,
but all aspects of business finance as well.

With this much experience, Custom Finance is a company in Perth you can trust.

What we can do for you

According to the Mortgage and Finance Industry of Australia (MFAA) most people now prefer to use the services of a mortgage broker / finance broker to help them find a loan.

The reason for this is simple.  We have access to a wide range of Mortgage Lenders and different loan products which gives you a greater choice.  We do all the legwork for you so you don't have to waste your time shopping around.  We can advise you what loans have the best features and how much it is going to cost you to establish and maintain the loan.

Once we understand your individual needs, we help you select the right Mortgage Lender.  We then help you every step of the way from preparing the loan application right through to the loan settlement. A good Finance Broker makes the loan process easy for you.

Best of all our services are free*  We are paid commission by our Mortgage Lenders for introducing new business to them.  They are happy to pay commissions to brokers because it saves them the cost of employing additional sales staff.  We disclose all commissions to you in writing and we don’t favour any particular lenders.
